We headed back to one of our favorite spots, Terrapin Park, on this beautiful May evening to capture the love between Brian, Lindsay, and their little ‘sprout’! This session was extra special to L&L Photography because this Lindsay is another one of my (Lauren’s) longest and dearest friends (Lindsay’s everywhere!)- and when she asked me to capture this exciting chapter in her and Brian’s life, I was honored. Lindsay and Brian are SO excited to become parents if you couldn’t tell by their beaming faces! Lindsay was glowing with excitement and she looked absolutely stunning in her green maxi dress (picked out by the baby’s fashionista Aunt)! Brian was pretty handsome, too 🙂

As we walked through the park, the three of us shared many laughs and stories about all of our friends’ babies and said how we can’t wait for Baby Sims to join the crew! They shared a few quiet, special moments with each other during the session – soon to be replaced with baby cries, sleepless nights, and hearts so full of love they will actually burst! Brian, being the wonderful hubby and dad-to-be he is, brought a few cocktails for them to have while enjoying a nice evening on the beach. Mama had a ‘fauxmosa’, while Dad indulged in his favorite IPA, and they watched the sunset. After their drinks, Brian and Lindsay even did a short rendition of their wedding dance in the sand, and Lindsay rocked it – pregnant and all!

I may be biased, but these two soon-to-be parents are two of the best people I know and I cannot wait for them to welcome their little bundle of joy! Just a few more weeks until we meet you Baby Sims – keep growing sprout!
